◆ Storage:

1. Without opening the original packaging, it is recommended to store in an environment with a temperature of 5 ℃~30 ℃ and a humidity below 85% RH. When the inventory exceeds two months, dehumidification treatment should be carried out before use, under conditions of 60 ℃/8 hours;

2. After opening the original packaging, it is recommended to store in an environment with a temperature of 5-30 ° C and humidity below 60%;

3. LED is a humidity sensitive component. To avoid moisture absorption, it is recommended to open the packaging and store it in a sealed container with desiccant or in a nitrogen moisture-proof cabinet;

After opening the packaging, the components should be used within 168 hours (7 days); And welding should be completed as soon as possible after patching;

If the desiccant fails or the component is exposed to air for more than 168 hours (7 days), dehumidification treatment should be carried out;

Baking conditions: 60 ℃/24 hours.

◆ ESD electrostatic protection

LEDs (especially blue, emerald green, purple, white, and pink LEDs using InGaN structure chips) are electrostatic sensitive components, and static electricity or current overload can damage the LED structure. LEDs may experience abnormal performance due to static electricity damage or current overload, such as excessive leakage current, low VF, or inability to light up. So please note the following:

1. Wear anti-static wristbands or gloves when in contact with LEDs;

2. All machinery, equipment, tools, workbenches, shelves, etc. should be properly grounded (with a grounding impedance value within 10 Ω);

3. When storing or handling LEDs, anti-static bags, anti-static boxes, and anti-static turnover boxes should be used, and the use of ordinary plastic products is strictly prohibited;

4. It is recommended to use an ion fan to suppress the generation of static electricity during the homework process;

5. The static electric field voltage within an environmental range of 1 foot away from the LED component is less than 100V.
